How to set up the hotel + entry package for people over 65 (senior)?
For adults over 65, there is a 50% discount on circuit tickets (in the case of Catalonia and Aragon), but not on the hotel. Therefore, you should proceed to fill out the order as if it were for an adult under 65. Once the product is added to the cart and you proceed to confirm, the order form will appear where you must enter your details, address, payment method, etc. In this form, there is a section for comments. This is where you should indicate the age of each of the seniors to apply the corresponding discounts. We are coming with underage children. How can I book a tickets + hotel package?
In the case of minors, the product options do not account for their ages due to the specific conditions of each hotel. How do I fill out the hotel package order if some of the participants will not attend the circuit and, therefore, do not need an entry?
Very easy, complete the order with the total number of people and in the order form, indicate how many people will not be attending the circuit. You will later receive an email with the order modification, subtracting the price of the unused tickets from the total amount. After completing the order, you will receive an initial automatic order confirmation email. You do not need to do anything with it and should wait for the second email with the modifications in order to proceed with the payment.

Are the tickets nominative?
No, the tickets are not nominative. Therefore, it is possible for different people to use the tickets. For example, on Friday, the tickets can be used by cousins, on Saturday by children, and on Sunday by parents.
How to pay for and receive the tickets?
We offer different methods for receiving the tickets and two options for paying the order:
How can I receive the tickets?
- The tickets will be sent in "e-ticket" format by email. You should select the "e-tickets" option from the "delivery and payment" dropdown menu. It's important to note that packages include a gift that is forfeited with e-tickets since it cannot be sent by email. Also, orders that include only tickets come with a lanyard (necklace) with a ticket holder, and this option is also forfeited when choosing "e-tickets."
- For orders with hotels on the Costa, there is an option to pick up the tickets at the hotel reception. This option is practical if the customer arrives at the hotel in the afternoon or evening. However, if the trip is planned to arrive at the circuit in the morning, the most suitable option would be e-tickets or pickup at the accreditation center (only for VIP passes). In the case of Jerez, Aragon, and Valencia, the tickets will be sent by email. Only for VIP passes, there is an option to choose between home delivery or pickup at the accreditation center.
How can I pay for my order?
We offer two options for paying orders:
- By bank (transfer or deposit into an account).
- With a credit card (secure online payment). This option is the most commonly used, most practical, and fastest.
What is the accreditation center entry, and where is it located?
The Accreditation Center is strategically located near the circuits. This means that:
a) Customers coming with their own vehicle can stop right in front of the accreditation center, pick up the ticket, and enter the circuit.
b) Customers using public transportation can approach the accreditation center, pick up the ticket, and then take the shuttle bus that will take them around the circuit to their desired entrance gate. The shuttle bus is a free service from the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya.
Customers arrive at the accreditation center throughout the day and over the weekend, so there is no massive influx of people, which means there is no need to worry about long queues or waiting times. Customers need to present their ID or other identification document.
Is it possible to visit the facilities during the Grand Prix weekend?
No, during the Grand Prix weekend, access to the facilities is very restricted. However, you can go around the circuit from the outside, behind the stands.
How many days are the tickets valid for?
Most tickets are valid for the weekend. In the case of three-day tickets, there is no discount if the ticket is only used for one or two days. It's important to note that the tickets are not nominative, so the same person does not need to attend for all three days.
Is there a special rate or discount for groups?
Our ticket prices are the official prices (unlike other websites that offer discounts on inflated prices). All group requests of more than 10 people will be studied individually by sending an email to: info(at)entradasmontmelo.com. All reservations for more than 10 people will receive some special consideration.
Do I need my ID?
Only people who have purchased a JUNIOR/SENIOR ticket need their ID or another form of identification to justify the reduced price entry at the circuit entrance.
If I buy my tickets in advance and then cannot attend, what can I do?
Unfortunately, there are no refunds for unused tickets. However, since the tickets are not nominative, purchased tickets can be given or sold to other family members or friends.
When will I receive the tickets?
The deadline for ticket delivery will be provided in the payment confirmation email. The first delivery will be based on the event date, approximately 2 weeks before the Grand Prix. We remind you that this staggered delivery system has a significant advantage: customers have some flexibility for modifications. For example, you can add additional tickets after your initial order (if friends and/or family members also want to join) and almost certainly (except for sold-out tickets and exceptional cases) have the seats added together.
Can I have a picnic and/or bring drinks?
Yes, you can bring a typical picnic, such as sandwiches, etc. What is strictly prohibited are drinks in cans and glass bottles. Also, alcoholic beverages are prohibited from entering the premises.
A few days ago, I bought a tickets + hotel package, and now a friend/family member wants to join. Can we have the same hotel and adjacent seats?
There is no problem with the accommodation, and unless our allocation is exhausted in the last period before the Grand Prix, we can confirm an additional reservation at the same hotel. If the tickets have not been sent yet, there is no issue. If the tickets have already been sent, we will look for the best solution, and it is also possible.
I placed an order on the website, but I am not receiving the summary for payment. What can I do?
If you do not receive the email with the order summary and payment details after placing an order, the reason could be:
- The email has arrived but is in the "Spam" or "Junk Email" folder. The first step is to check these folders.
- The email could not reach its destination because the email address was not correctly entered in the order form. In this case, you should place a new order or provide the correct email address.
What are the best stands for the Grand Prix events?
All stands are well-located; there are no "bad" stands. The choice of a stand is a matter of preference (there's no accounting for taste) but it's also a matter of budget. All stands are associated with a higher or lower price relative to the section of the race where events "could" be more exciting or where there might be a large group of fans of a particular rider.
Can a paid and confirmed order be canceled?
Unfortunately, no. There are no returns for unused tickets, whether in online or physical stores. As mentioned earlier, the tickets are not nominative and can be given or sold to family members or friends. We remind you that there is very basic cancellation insurance that covers serious cases such as hospitalization and/or the death of first-degree relatives.
Are there management fees from the agency?
Yes, there is a management fee per order (not per ticket), although it is a minimal amount. Why? VIP tickets require personal handling: they arrive at our office, our staff packs and sends them, our specialists provide personalized advice via phone, chat, and email. Even with e-tickets, we dedicate time and our expertise to assign the best seats; once again, our qualified staff will handle this. We want to benefit customers who book their tickets in advance and differentiate ourselves from automated purchases where a machine dispenses tickets randomly.
